Join the Club

I’m not one to be on the latest of anything (though I inadvertently got the iPhone 12 on the day of release), but I think I’m decent at adapting. With that said, ever heard of the latest invite-only chat app called Clubhouse? Yeah, me either – until now.I think of Clubhouse like a live podcast, mostly. Some people say it’s like listening in on a phone conversation, only legal. You enter in your hobbies and interests, and there are folks talking about those topics. If the creator/moderator allows, you can ask questions or participate in the conversation. You could also hop in a room and talk to friends all at once. (Remember that it’s just talk, so you can’t message/text.)The catch is that it’s invite only, at least for now, which seems to make it exclusive. But at this rate you might know someone who’s a member already (that’s how I got invited). Currently, it only works for iPhone.Clubhouse launched right as COVID did. They’re still developing and growing. We’ll see if they stick around!
