Loftie

In an attempt create better sleeping habits, I decided to nix my phone before I climb into bed. But this created a big problem, since my phone is my alarm clock. So this past holiday season, I asked for a fancy alarm clock called Loftie.I like her – I really do, for these reasons:

1. She’s a real beaut. Very aesthetically pleasing.
2. There’s an app! … for the phone that I don’t bring into the bedroom. You can use it to help set your alarms and control volume.
3. I was worried about overall brightness (we have blackout shades), but you can dim it to a very low level.
4. She has a bunch of different ambient sounds, stories, and meditation playlists to fall asleep to, and really nice alarms to wake up to.
5. If you want, you can connect your phone via Bluetooth to play music.

So if you’re in the market for a more technical alarm clock and want to invest in your sleep health, I highly recommend.
