Sean came through when I was in a bind on getting the correct Dell laptops. Not only did he get the order in for what I wanted, they showed up a week earlier than expected. Since then I've purchased all Dell equipment from him and it&’s been smooth sailing. It’s also nice to be able to talk with someone that works in IT (rather than just in sales) that understands business opportunities and can point me to products that are truly useful.
