Right off the bat, I have four key themes in my life, and they all start with C: Coffee, Computers, Christ, and Columbus (OH! IO!). All though, I might have to change that last one to Chicago before long. Now this list is terribly incomplete without my incredible fiancée, Annie. We met at the Moody Bible Institute where I’m pursuing my degree in Pastoral Studies. I like to tell people that when I’m not taking care of computers, I like to be taking care of people. As a Bird, I often get to do both at once!

I owe my passion for computers to my dad, a web developer. Thanks to him, I’ve been obsessed with solving digital mysteries since I was tall enough to stand on a desk chair and reach a keyboard. Around that same time, I also played my first PC game. I’ve pretty much been at a desk with headphones ever since. During the rare times I’m not engaged with a gadget, I’m sharing coffee with a friend, or sitting in class. Almost always while dreaming about the hills of Ohio.
