Walkin’ and Workin’

I hopped on the WFH (work-from-home) bandwagon and purchased an under-the-desk treadmill. While the brand name may fool you (it’s not for just youths/short people) it took weeks and days to decide which one fit my needs. Here’s a list of requirements (in no particular order):

  1. Weight/mobility: It should be mobile enough for me to move when needed.
  2. Length: I only have so much clearance space. Good thing my stride is short and sweet.
  3. Aesthetic: It’d be nice to have the coolest one, but…
  4. Price: I’m not gonna let it break the bank!

Review: So far, so good. My existing standing desk isn’t height adjustable, so it’s a little hard to type/mouse. I’m working on a solution to raise my keyboard and mouse. ‘Til then, I’m only using it when I’m reading/studying for grad school. Like any treadmill, it does need maintenance like oiling and recalibrating the belt. My only wish is that it had an incline feature.

If you want to be more active and have (or can acquire) an adjustable standing desk, go for it!
