You can get real human customer support from any company! It will give you a number to call and the current wait time. If you don’t feel like waiting, they can hold the call for you and call back when they are ready. I have used this only once, and it was heaven! I don’t like being on hold for 30 mins to ask a simple question.

I personally love this website as it solves most of my file problems. It has all file converting tools for PDF, CSV, and XML. It also has other tools for videos and pictures, such as removing backgrounds and watermarks, and converting files. It’s very simple, safe, and easy to use.

Need help fixing something? This website gives you a step-by-step guide on how to repair almost anything. It’s good for people who lose their manuals (like me). You can search for whatever you want to fix, and it will show different guides to follow and provide links to broken parts to buy if you need to. I love that they give images on each directional step.
