In an attempt create better sleeping habits, I decided to nix my phone before I climb into bed. But this created a big problem, since my phone is my alarm clock. So this past holiday season, I asked for a fancy alarm clock called Loftie.
I like her – I really do, for these reasons:
- She’s a real beaut. Very aesthetically pleasing.
- There’s an app! … for the phone that I don’t bring into the bedroom. You can use it to help set your alarms and control volume.
- I was worried about overall brightness (we have blackout shades), but you can dim it to a very low level.
- She has a bunch of different ambient sounds, stories, and meditation playlists to fall asleep to, and really nice alarms to wake up to.
- If you want, you can connect your phone via Bluetooth to play music.
So if you’re in the market for a more technical alarm clock and want to invest in your sleep health, I highly recommend.
